This program will provide you with a list of students with searchable assignment alpha grades from the teacher's gradebooks.
- On the left, the Student Master panel should be open. Click on "Lists"
- Under "Lists", select "Assignment Grade Audit"
- If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
- The next items are not found on the standard setup options document.
- Teacher - If you want to further refine your search to a certain teacher(s), choose the appropriate teacher(s).
- Grade Type - Choose the grade of which you are searching.
- Marking Period - Choose the grading period from which you want to pull assignment grades.
- Click OK after all fields of the setup box have been set as desired. A list of students will appear based on the settings of the setup box.
Definitions of Column Headers
- To find definitions of commonly used columns follow this link: Common Column Headers.
- In addition to the common column headers on this report are:
- Assignment - name of the assignment
- Asgn Grade - assignment grade
- Assigned - assigned date of the assignment
- Taught to - end date of the assignment
- Due - due date of the assignment
To Print this Report
- Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.
- A popup will appear with a set of document print options--PDF, XLS, CSV, HTML.
- The default print option will be PDF.
- Click the print button on this popup and a print preview window will appear.
- To get the print icon on this window, hover the mouse in the bottom right area of the preview. A grey rectangle will appear with several icons.
- Click the print icon at the right end of this rectangle. Another print preview will appear.
- Click the print button at the top left to print the report. Close the print preview.
