Student Tab
Student Tab - The following sections are available for entering data on students: Instructions, Name, Relationships, Language, Physical Address, Transportation, Attendance Zone Found, Attendance Zone Not found, Attendance Zone Ward, Mailing Address, Phone, Health, Special Needs, Clubs, Sports, Permissions, and Permissions-Certify. Each of these can be disabled for ORS and/or SPC.
NOTE - If the district has rules in place for not allowing changes in demographic fields (from Control Panel > Student tab > Name is Disabled for SPC) make sure update to SPC follows them and does not allow changes to LName, FName, MName, Suffix, BDay, SSN, Ethnic, SecEthnic, Grade if is true
Instructions:
Language - Click on the drop down to choose another language.
Disable for ORS - Check to disable for ORS.

Show SPC Pre-Request School - Check to show SPC pre=request school.
Select Grades - Allows the district to select the grade(s) to show on registration system application. Can be left blank for all grades.
Column Headers
Label Name - Name of label.
Label Text - Text to show for label.
Tooltip Text - Tooltip text to show for label.
Hide - Hide this field only if not required.
Required - Is this a required text. Editable only if not Edgear required.
Edgear Required - Edgear required fields.
Relationships
Disable for ORS - Check to disable for ORS.
Disable for SPC - Check to disable for SPC.
Parent Cannot be Emergency - Check to not allow parent or guardian to be emergency contact.

Hide Map Pre-K - Check to hide the map for Pre-K.
Hide Zoned School - Check to hide zone school.

Hide Previous School - Check to hide previous school.
Hide Previous School Address - Check to hide previous school address.
Pre-K/Title 1 - Check if student is Pre-K or school is Title 1. If Pre-K student parents, while registering, cannot see choices under Attendance Zone>Request School, then uncheck this option.
Number of Pre-K Request School - Number of Pre-K requested schools.

Disable Import - Check to disable the importing of health information from previous school/district. Any information the parent has entered will be available on the application, but will not be imported to the Health system. The below message will appear.
