Destroy Progress Grades

Jump to navigationJump to searchOnce in Post Grades Master, in the 'Report Card Mode' setting, click on the Admin at the top of the program and choose Destroy Progress Grades.

For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:
- Grading Period - It is very important to choose the correct grading period since you are deleting ALL of the grades for that grading period!
- Destroy only computer generated grades - Selecting this option will only allow the computer generated grades to be deleted. Hand entered grades will not be deleted.
Click on Destroy.
Answer Yes to the next pop up question if you want to continue or No to not delete grades.
If yes is chosen, Grades in the grading period chosen will now be destroyed.
NOTE that if the Grades Closeout EOY has been done, the transcripts will NOT have the grades destroyed.
