Document View Log
This report will verify whether the parent has opened the portal to see grades, progress reports, report cards, etc.
Menu
On the left navigation panel, select Grades > Entry > Classroom.
Setup Options
Year - Defaults to the current year. A prior year may be accessed by clicking in the field and making the appropriate selection from the drop down list.
District - Default value is based on the user's security settings. It will be limited to the user's district only.
School - Default value is based on the user’s security settings. If the user is assigned to a school, the school default value will be their school site code.
Teacher - Click inside the box and select the teacher.
Section - Click inside the box and select the section.

Main
Column Headers
School - School site number of enrollment.
Last Name - Student's last name.
Suffix - The generation indicator for males such as Jr., II, III.
First Name - Student's first name.
Middle Name - Student's middle name.
Sidno - Student's school identification number.
Grade - Student's grade of enrollment.
View User Name - Name of the user who is viewing the document(s).
Document View - Name of the document viewed.
View Time - The time the document was viewed.

Bottom
Setup - Click to go back to the Setup box.
Print - This will allow the user to print the report.
Help - Click to view written instructions and/or videos.
