Pressure Sealed Short Form List

This program lets you print a Student Information Verification Form for mailing.

On the left, the Student Master panel should be open. Click on Lists. Under Lists, select Pressure Sealed Short Form List and the setup box will appear.

Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

• Show JComm on Printout--checking this box lets parents opt out of jcall communications
• Show PSN on Printout--Show Personal Security Number

Click OK to move to the next screen.

Column Headers

To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.

Select one, some or all students of which to print the Short Form.
