Exceptionality Statistics
This program includes reports of exceptionality by race and gender, exceptionality by placement and gender, exceptionality by age and a list of students not counted.
On the left navigation panel, select Special Education, Count and Exceptionality Statistics.
Setup Box Options
To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.
For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:
- Show Public Schools Only -
- Show Private Schools Only -
Click the OK to advance to the next screen.
Column Headers
To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.
For other columns not listed in the common column list:
- Exceptionality - Exceptionality Codes
- White, Black, ... - Ethnicity of the student
- Total - total per exceptionalities
Clicking on the counts will give you the statistics of the students along with their exceptionality, evaluation date, IEP date and IEP teacher.
Gender tabs and placement by gender tabs are located at the bottom of the screen, as well as age and not counted tabs.
