Cumulative History Label

Displays a list of students that a user can select to print a cumulative history label.


On the left navigation panel, select Grades, Lists, and Cumulative History Label.


Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:


Select Label - Select the size or type of label to be used. NOTE: Different labels will display different set up options and will show different information per label. Also, the sponsor site settings will control whether the semester grades display on the labels.


Label - 4 1/4 X 2 1/8

  • Show Grade Set:
  • MP and Final - marking period and final
  • Sem Only - semester only
  • All Grade Sections- includes all sections
  • Display Weight Flag with * (asterick)
  • Display Credit line - Show credit earned for a course.
  • Use Transcript Grades - display courses and credit from the transcript.
  • Transcript year - Transcript year to display grades. Only one year can be displayed.
  • Display Rank - Student's rank on the transcript.
  • Show Active Courses Only - Display courses that a student is currently attending.


Label - 5160

  • Days Present - number of days present
  • Days Absent - number of days absent


Label - 5163

  • Show Active Courses Only - Display courses that a student is currently attending.
  • Display Rank - Student's rank on the transcript.


Label - 5164

  • Days Present - number of days present
  • Days Absent - number of days absent
  • Show Active Courses Only - Display courses that a student is currently attending.
  • Display Credit Line - shows the credit line on the label

Note: To print the credits on the label, you must have the Sponsor Site set to "Print Credits on Carnegie Unit courses". System→ Sponsor Site Editor→ Pupil Progression tab→ Report Card setting


Label - 5164 Demographics

  • Days Present - number of days present
  • Days Absent - number of days absent
  • Show Active Courses Only - Display courses that a student is currently attending.
  • Display Credit Line - shows the credit line on the label


Label - 5352

  • Show Active Courses Only - Display courses that a student is currently attending.
  • Display Rank - Student's rank on the transcript.


Custom Label

  • Days Present - number of days present
  • Days Absent - number of days absent
  • Grade Type:
  • Alpha - Alpha grades
  • Numeric - Numeric grades
  • Both - Alpha and Numeric grades
  • Show Active Courses Only - Place a check here to only show the active courses in the student's schedule.


Click OK


Column Headers To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.

Other columns not listed in the common column list:

  • Student's Status - Student's Promotion/Retained Status
  • Days Enrolled - Days enrolled for the current school year.
  • Days Present - Days present for the current school year.
  • Days Absent - Total days absent for the current school year.
  • Excused Days Absent - Excused days for the current school year.
  • Unexcused Days Absent - Unexcused days absent for the current school year.
  • Student's Days Tardy - Number of tardies for the current school year.


Print Options

Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.

Click the printer icon at the top. A second print servlet will appear.

Click the print button at the top left to print the labels. Close the original print servlet window.


NOTE--Be sure to load your printer with the labels positioned correctly.


If your labels do not print properly from the instructions above, you may need to try 3 different procedures.

  1. Check Fit to Page on the second print servlet screen as described above. The label display will shrink to better fit the labels. Then choose Print.
  2. Using the down arrow, download, save and name the labels as a PDF to your desktop and open using Adobe Acrobat to print. Download an Adobe Acrobat if you do not have one. NOTE: By using this method, the labels will shrink like the Fit to Page method above.
  3. Disable the Chrome PDF viewer. Go to Chrome://plugins
  • Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.
  • Save (choose location)
  • Click Save
  • Open the saved file
  • Click File on the task bar
  • Click Print
  • Go to the section Page Sizing & Handling
  • Change Custom scale to 94%
  • Check Shrink Oversized pages
  • Orientation --Check Auto portrait/landscape
  • Click Print
