How-To

On the left, click on Discipline, List, then Discipline Audit .

Setup Box Options

Click the OK to advance to the next screen.

Column Headers

To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.

For other columns not listed in the common column list:

• DSch:Student`s School where Referral was recorded
• ESch:Student`s school of enrollment
• Ref No:Referral number
• Referral Date:Referral date
• Sign Date:Disciplinarian sign date
• ISS Begin Date:Date ISS starts
• ISS End Date:Date ISS ends
• SIS Action:SIS action date
• Admin 1:Admin action Code 1
• Admin 2:Admin action Code 2
• Admin 3:Admin action Code 3
• Admin 4:Admin action Code 4
• OSS Begin Date:Date OSS starts
• OSS End Date:Date OSS ends
• Expel:Displays if a student is expelled
• Transfer:Is student expelled to another school
• Expel Begin Date:Date the expulsion begins
• Expel End Date:Date the expulsion ends
• Incident:SIS incident code
• Weapon:Weapon code
• Bus:Displays if this is a bus referral
• Err Code-Error code(s) associated with this referral
