LA UID Mass Import File

This program will import the UID file created by eScholar.

On the left, go to the Required Reporting panel. Click on the arrow to the left of Import. Click on LA UID Mass Import File.

Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

Click OK to begin importing the UID`s.

Column Headers

To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.

For other columns not listed in the common column list:

• State ID - Student`s new Unique Identification Number (UID)

Setup: Click to go back to the Setup box. Print: To find the print instructions, follow this link: Standard Print Options. Help: Opens the HELP documentation which includes written instructions and/or videos.
