Discipline Grid

A report of incidents listed by school

How-To

On the left, click on Discipline. Under Discipline, click on the arrow to the left of the word List. Click on Discipline Grid that appears under Lis.

Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

1. Show: Click in the radio button for which count grid is needed(Incident Count or Student Count)
2. Show: Click in the radio button for which student group that is needed(All, Sped, or Non-Sped)

Click the OK button to begin the Discipline Grid.

Column Headers

To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.

For other columns not listed in the common column list:

1. Dist: School district
2. T:P / A =Primary/A = Auxiliary - Primary is always the first row of the appropriate action/incident code; Auxiliary would be the following row(s).
3. School: Name of school
4. 01: Held conference with student
5. 02: Contacted parent/guardian
6. 03: Assigned to detention
7. 04: Assigned remedial work
8. 05: Student reprimanded
9. 06: Held conference w/parent/guardian
10. 07: Referred to counselor
11. 08: Assigned recess detention
12. 09: Out of school suspension
13. 10: ISS on site
14. 11: Discipline center/Alternative site
15. 12: Corporal Punishment
16. 13: Loss of privileges
17. 14: SAC/Clinic/Detention/TOR
18. 15: Expulsion hearing results
19. 16: Alternate placement
20. 17: Assigned to Dormitory detention
21. 18: Probation card issued
22. 19: FAPE
23. 20: OSS referred to Child Welfare Officer
24. 21: ISS referred to Child Welfare Officer
25. 22: Behavior contract
26. 23: Student suspended from bus
27. 24: Assigned seating on bus
28. 25: CWA-Court referral
29. 26: CWA mandatory conference
30. 27: CWA-Court petition
31. 28: PAC-Positive action class
32. 29: Campus duty
33. 98: Referred to law enforcement
34. Total: Total counts for school(s)selected in the setup box
