Out Of District Gains List

How to

This program will list students who have transferred to your district from another district within the state and those from outside the state.

  1. Under Student Master select Lists
  2. Select Out-of-District Gains
  3. If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
  4. The next items are not found on the standard setup options document.
    • Entry Date From--enter the date for the program to start by clicking on the calendar to the right of the line and select: month, year and day.
    • Entry Date To--enter the date for the program to end by clicking on the calendar to the right of the line.
  5. Click OK to move to the next screen.

Columns not included in the common column list are:

Mailing address--mailing address for the student
Physical address--911 address for the student
Father's Last--last name of the father listed on the Student Master
Father`s First--first name of father
Mother`s Last--last name of the mother listed on the Student Master
Mother`s First--first name of the mother
Grdn Last--last name of the guardian listed on the Student Master
Grdn First--first name of the guardian


Print

  1. To print this report click the print button at the bottom of the screen. A popup will appear with a set of document print options--PDF, XLS, CSV, HTML. Click the print button on this popup and a print preview window will appear.
  2. To get the print icon on this window, hover the mouse in the bottom right area of the preview. A grey rectangle will appear with several icons. Click the print icon at the right end of this rectangle.
  3. Another print preview will appear; click the print button at the top left to print the report. Close the print preview.
