Setup Box Options

Click the OK to advance to the next screen.

Column Headers

To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.

For other columns not listed in the common column list:

• Email - total number of contacts made by email
• Phone - total number of contacts made by phone calls
• Letter - total number of contacts made by letter
• Conference - total number of contacts made by having a conference
• Home Visit - total number of contacts made by home visits
• Note - total number of contacts made by school notes or teacher notes
• Other - total number of contacts made by means other than the above mentioned
• No Contact - total number where no contact was made
• Total - Total number of contacts made

You can toggle the tabs at the bottom of the report to view the list as By Teacher or By Student.
