Transportation Code Loader

Jump to navigationJump to searchThis is a fast loader for student's transportation codes and can also be used as a list after the codes have been loaded to the students.
On the left navigation panel, select Student Master, Loaders and Transportation Code Loader.
Setup Box Options
To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.
For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:
- Transportation Codes - After the codes have been loaded to the students, you can make a list of students with specific code(s). Choose the code(s) that are needed.
- Select whether to show All bus assignments or only Morning or only Evening.
- Bus--When loading bus assignments this field needs to be left blank to get a list of all students. If printing bus rosters, click in this field and select the bus number(s)s for which you need a roster.
In the List Students area:
- Check Show All Active/Inactive Students to show all students (not just active students).
- Select Loaded--Display students according to if they are assigned a bus or not --All, Assigned, or Unassigned
- Select SPED--All, Sped Only, or Non Sped
Click the OK to advance to the next screen.
