Referral Detail List

This report will provide a complete list view of discipline referrals.


On the left navigation panel, select Discipline, Lists and Referral Detail List.


Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

    • Year should be set to the school year in which the report data need to be collected from
    • District and School should be defaulted based on the users security information
  1. Grade: Leave the cell blank for all grades or click in the cell and then select the grade(s) needed.
  2. Gender: Leave the cell blank for all genders or click in the cell and then select the gender(s) needed.
  3. Ethnicity: Leave the cell blank for all ethnics or click in the cell and then select the ethnic(s) needed.
  4. Programs: Leave the cell blank for all programs or click in the cell and then select the program(s) needed.
  5. As of: Limits the list to those students who are actively enrolled as of the date selected. The date will default to today`s date. If the date needs to be changed, click on the drop down arrows or click on the calendar to the right of the cell.
  6. Active Only: Check this box to have the program use the As of feature above.
  7. Referral Date From: This date defaults to the first day of school. If the date needs to be changed, click on the drop down arrows or click on the calendar to the right of the cell.
  8. Referral Date To: The date will default to today`s date. If the date needs to be changed, click on the drop down arrows or click on the calendar to the right of the cell.
  9. Show Remote Scheduled Only: By clicking in the square the user will only see the remotely scheduled students.
  10. Sped:Click the radio button to the left of your selection-All,Sped Only, Non Sped
  11. 504-Click the radio button to the left of your selection-All,Sped Only, Non Sped

Click the OK to advance to the next screen.

  1. RSch: Student`s school where referral was recorded.
  2. Student Name: Name of student
  3. ESch: Student`s school of enrollment
  4. Sidno: Student ID number
  5. Grade: Student`s grade
  6. Ref Date: Date of referral
  7. Ref Time: Time of referral
  8. Location: Location of referral
  9. Inc Code 1: Incident 1 code number
  10. Inc Description 1: Incident 1 Code 1 description
  11. Inc Code 2: Incident 2 code number
  12. Inc Description 2: Incident 2 Code 2 description
  13. Inc Code 3: Incident 3 code number
  14. Inc Description 3: Incident 3 Code 3 description
  15. Inc Code 4: Incident 4 code number
  16. Inc Description 4: Incident 4 Code 4 description
  17. Bus Ref: Identifies if this is a Bus referral
  18. Staff Name: Name of Staff member referring the student
  19. Teacher Action 1: Teacher action 1 Code number
  20. Teacher Action 1 Desc: Teacher action 1 Code description
  21. Teacher Action 2: Teacher action 2 Code number
  22. Teacher Action 2 Desc: Teacher action 2 Code description

  50. Permanent Exp: Indicates if student was expelled permanantly
  51. Exp Start Date: Start date of expulsion
  52. Exp Return Date: Expulsion start date
  53. Bus Susp Start: Bus suspension start date
  54. Bus Susp End: Bus suspension end date
  55. Monday Detention Start: Monday detention start time
  56. Monday Detention End: Monday detention end time
  57. Tuesday Detention Start: Tuesday detention start time
  58. Tuesday Detention End: Tuesday detention end time
  59. Wednesday Detention Start: Wednesday detention start time
  60. Wednesday Detention End: Wednesday detention end time
