Change Homeroom Teachers

This program is used to change homeroom teacher names. This is helpful when you need to update/edit homeroom rosters.

On the left, click on Scheduling. Under Loaders, select Change Homeroom Teachers.

Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options. For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list: Click the OK to advance to the next page.

Column Headers To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.

1. Find the old teacher's name on the left and click in the New Teacher Name column. You will see asterisks in the New Teacher Name and ID columns.
2. Choose the new teacher's name on the right, then click on Update Teacher at the bottom of the screen.
3. Answer Yes to the question and then OK to the next statement indicating the homeroom teacher has been updated.
