Homeroom Teacher by Grade
This program give the user a count of students by homeroom. User may click on the number under count and get a roster of grade, IDs, and name.
Menu Location
On the left navigation panel select Student Master > Counts > Homeroom Teacher by Grade.
Setup Options
Year - Defaults to the current year. A prior year may be accessed by clicking in the field and making the appropriate selection from the drop down list.
As of Date - This choice will list only those students who are actively enrolled as of the date selected in the date field.
OK - Click to continue

Column Headers
Grade - Homeroom grade
Homeroom - Homeroom teacher`s name
Count - Number of student(s) enrolled in the homeroom

Bottom
Setup - Click to go back to the Setup box.
Print - This will allow the user to print the report.
