Print Alternate Student Schedules
This program will print the student's Alternate Schedule. The schedule looks similar to the regular student’s schedule. The difference is in the headers which identify Fall Schedule Alternate Semester 1, etc.

In the left navigation panel, select Schedule, then Lists, then Print Alternate Student Schedules.
Setup Options
To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.
For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:
- Year--Defaults to the current year. A prior year may be accessed by clicking in the field and making the appropriate selection from the drop down list.
- District--Default value is based on your security settings. You will be limited to your district only.
- School--Default value is based on your security settings. If you are assigned to a school, the school default value will be your school site code. You will not be able to change this value. If you are a supervisor or other district office employee with access to the Student Information System, you will be able to run programs for one school, a small group of schools, or all schools in your district.
- Grade--Grade level of students whose records need to be edited or whose names are to be included on a report. Leave the field blank if all grade levels are to be included. Otherwise, click in the field to the right of Grade(s) to select the desired grade level(s) to be included.
- Active Only--This choice will list only those students who are actively enrolled as of the date selected in the date field.
- As of Date--This choice will list only those students who are actively enrolled as of the date selected in the date field.
- Semester--to select all semesters leave the field blank or click in the field and select the check box at the top of the list of semesters; to select one or more semesters click in the field and select the desired semester(s) from the popup list.
- Special Codes--Special Codes must have been entered into the Student Master record for students. Leave blank if all special codes are to be included into the report. Otherwise click in the field to the right of Special Codes to select the desired special code(s) to view.
- Clubs--Extracurricular activities in which students may participate. Leave blank if all clubs are to be included into the report. Otherwise click in the field to the right of Clubs to select the desired club(s) to view.
- Sports--Leave blank if all sports are to be included into the report. Otherwise click in the field to the right of Sports to select the desired sport(s) to view.
- Homeroom Order: Select to print Alternate Schedules by homeroom. If unchecked, the schedules will be printed alphabetically.
- Include Blank Student Schedules: Select to print a blank page for students who have no Alternate Schedule. If not selected, the students with no Alternate Schedule will be left out of the report.
- Print Locker Information: Select to include the student's locker number and combination on the print out. If not selected, the locker number / combination is left off of the print out.
- Select Students: If a user needs to select individual students, click in the cell and browse to the desired students.
- Print: "Course Name" "Original Teacher Name"
- Print Course Name: Selecting this option will print the course name on the alternate schedule.
- Print Original Teacher Name: Selecting this option will print the name of the teacher the student would normally have at that period.
Click the OK button to produce a selection screen of students. Students will be on the screen in either homeroom or alphabetical order. Select the students to print. The select box next to the column header "Sel" will quickly place a select check for all students.

- Sel--Select
- Name--Student's full name
- Sidno, ID--local ID of the student
- Grade, Grd--grade level of the student and/or course
- Homeroom--student's homeroom teacher
