Teacher Action Report

This program will create a list of students with Teacher Action from the Discipline Posting referral page 2 tab.

On the left navigation panel, select Discipline, List and Teacher Action Report.

Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

• Teacher Actions - Choose actions if you only want to see specific teacher actions. If left blank, all teacher actions are shown.

Click the OK to advance to the next screen.

Column Headers

To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.

For other columns not listed in the common column list:

• Ref# - student`s referral number

• Ref Date - student`s referral date

• Ref Name - name of Staff member referring student

• TCD - teacher action code

• Teacher Code Description - teacher action code description NOTE: There can be more that one so see next few columns.
