How-To

On the left, click on Discipline, List, then Discipline Audit .

Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

Click the OK to advance to the next screen.

Column Headers

To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.

For other columns not listed in the common column list:

1. DSch:Student`s School where Referral was recorded
2. ESch:Student`s school of enrollment
3. Ref No:Referral number
4. Referral Date:Referral date
5. Sign Date:Disciplinarian sign date
6. ISS Begin Date:Date ISS starts
7. ISS End Date:Date ISS ends
8. SIS Action:SIS action date
9. Admin 1:Admin action Code 1
10. Admin 2:Admin action Code 2
11. Admin 3:Admin action Code 3
12. Admin 4:Admin action Code 4
13. OSS Begin Date:Date OSS starts
14. OSS End Date:Date OSS ends
15. Expel:Displays if a student is expelled
16. Transfer:Is student expelled to another school
17. Expel Begin Date:Date the expulsion begins
18. Expel End Date:Date the expulsion ends
19. Incident:SIS incident code
20. Weapon:Weapon code
21. Bus:Displays if this is a bus referral
22. Err Code-Error code(s) associated with this referral

1. Setup: Click to go back to the Setup box.
2. Print: This button allows the user to print the screen information in a variety of formats. See instructions below.

4. Error Code List-List of error codes from the referral
