Attendance Analysis Report

On the left navigation panel, select Attendance, Lists, and Attendance Analysis Report.
Setup Box Options
To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.
Other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:
- Student - choose individual students or leave blank for all students.
- Include Codes - Include selected attendance codes
Click OK
Column Headers
To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.
Other columns not listed in the common column list:
- Date/Time - The date and time the attendance occurred.
- Check In - Check in code
- In Reason - Check in reason
- Check Out - Check out code
- Out Reason - Check out reason
- Class - Student's class period based on their Bell schedule.
