Grade vs Age Count
This program will display all students in a chosen grade or grade range that are older than an age that you specify in the setup box. If you are not at the 700 level, or the Central Office, you will only be able to run the program for your school.
On the left, click on Student Master. Under Count, select Grade Vs. Age Count.
Setup Box Options

For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:
- Age As of Date--Limits the list to those students whose age is As Of Date.
- Grades and Age--In the cells -1, K, ........12 place the age one year above the normal age for that grade level. All cells must have a number place in it to allow the program to run.
- Active Only--If only the active students are to be selected, place a check in the square so dropped students will not show. The default is to show all students.
- Show--Select All, Sped Only, or Non-Sped by marking the radio button for your selection.
Click OK to move to the next screen.
Column Headers
To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.
For other columns not listed in the common column list:
- Grades--Grades -1,00,.........12 will populate the count in each grade for the school. User may click on the number under the grade and a list will populate for the over aged students.
- Total--Total number of over aged students in the school.
To Print this Report
Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.
A popup will appear with a set of document print options--PDF, XLS, CSV, HTML.
The default print option will be PDF.
Click the print button on this popup and a print preview window will appear.
To get the print icon on this window, hover the mouse in the bottom right area of the preview. A grey rectangle will appear with several icons.
Click the print icon at the right end of this rectangle. Another print preview will appear.
Click the print button at the top left to print the report. Close the print preview.
