This program will build the records for submitting the district Calendar (SPC) to the state for any of the processing periods. This is currently not sent to the JDrive. You will then download a copy of this file to your computer in an area similar to what you have done in the past like a file you have made or your desktop.

On the left navigation panel select Required Reporting > Export > LA Calendar (SPC) File Export.

Setup Options

Year - Defaults to the current year. A prior year may be accessed by clicking in the field and making the appropriate selection from the drop down list.

District - Default value is based on the user’s security settings. The user will be limited to their district only.

School - Default value is based on the user’s security settings. If the user is assigned to a school, the school default value will be their school site code.

  • Use SIS School and Use SIS Enroll School For Code - Some districts use a SIS school value for students attending a Program school. The SIS school is the school reported to the Louisiana DOE during data submissions. THIS IS ONLY for schools who are SIS schools.

Click the Export button at the bottom of the screen.

  1. A print servlet display will appear in the upper left corner of the screen.
  2. Right click the preview and select Save As.
  3. Navigate to the location where you want to save these files. There will be a file name in the popup.
  4. You are ready to submit the Calendar file to DOE.
