This program list students who live out of their school zone. Out of Zone must be loaded in Student Master before this program can be run.
Menu Location
Click on Student Master. Under Lists, select Out of Zone List.
Setup Options
- VOOZ Code - out of zone codes for the district
- VMatch on Year - match information on the current year chosen
To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.
Click OK to continue.
Main
Column Headers
- Physical Address--address where you live
- Mailing Address--address where you receive your mail
- Request School--School requesting out of zone transfer
- Zone School--School zone the student lives in
- OOZ Code--Out of zone code
- Begin Date--Begin date for out of zone request
- End Date--End date for out of zone request
