Default Gradebook Category
To find the Default Gradebook Category field in the Sponsor Site, go to the Pupil Progression Setup tab, then the District Policy tab.
- To set the Default Gradebook Category, choose from the available categories that have previously been set up in the Category Editor. You can use the Category Loader to assign the categories to course/sections.
- This setting will force all Gradebooks, for the chosen grade range, to use the selected district category unless overridden by the Master Schedule category selection.
- The Gradebook will pull from the Master Schedule setting first, but if there is no setting there, then it will default to the Sponsor Site to determine the correct category to use.
