This report displays the number of times a student has been absent for certain categories by time frame.


Select Attendance from the program area on the left of the screen, then select Student Absentee Statistics.



Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:


Enter the From Date and the To Date to determine the dates that you want to check. Use either the month/day/year fields or the calendar icon.
Enter the Late From and Late To to determine the time frame of which the students is late.
Select Skip Codes. These are non-attendance codes that you do not want to be considered for the report. Be sure to select all numeric codes for the same alpha code. For example, if you select 03 P to be :skipped then you must also select 04, 11, 34, 37, 40, 42, 45, and 47.
Select Print School Name if you want the school name to appear on the report.
Select Show All Students to show all students enrolled at the school.
Select Letters and choose the letter to correspond to the student list on the report.
Select Reward and choose a Reward message to correspond to the student list on the report.
Click OK


Definitions of Column Headers

To find definitions of commonly used columns follow this link: Common Column Headers.
Columns not included in the common column list are:
Skipped - skipped counts will show in the U - Unexcused or E - Excused columns
Tardy - tardy counts will show in the U - Unexcused or E - Excused columns
Late to School - late to school counts will show in the U - Unexcused or E - Excused columns
Missed Bus - Missed bus counts will show in the U - Unexcused or E - Excused columns
ISS/OSS - ISS/OSS counts will show in the U - Unexcused or E - Excused columns
Other - Other counts will show in the U - Unexcused or E - Excused columns
Late Time - late time counts will show in the U - Unexcused or E - Excused columns
Total - total counts will show in the U - Unexcused or E - Excused columns


Print Options

Check student's names then Print Letters to print letters and history.
Check Student's names then Print Reward for Reward messages.
