This program will generate a list of students with absences by class period during a specific grading period. The percent of time present during the period can be modified on the setup box.


  1. Select Attendance on the panel on the left side of the screen.
  2. Under Count, select Period Attendance Report.
  3. If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
  4. The next items are not found on the standard setup options document.
    • Greater than--Enter the number of absences for a student per grading period
    • % Present--Enter the percent present in decimal form. (usually 0.51 for 51%)
    • Grade Period--Enter the grading period such as 1 (for 1st 6 weeks or 1st 9 weeks).
    • Exclude Ages>=--This will omit students that are older than the selected age.

Printing Options

Policy - Choose to include the district policy with your print out.

History - Choose to include the student's attendance history in the print out.

Print Over - Days in the greater than box

Print Equal - Days in the greater than box

Button Choices

OK - Choose to get your report after all values are set.

Letters - Choose from the letter options to print attendance letters for your students.

Periods - Enter your from and to times of each period using military time.
