UNDER CONSTRUCTION!!!
This report is an audit for finding unqualified teachers that are teaching highly qualified courses.
- On the left, click on Human Resources, then Lists
- Select HQ Audit List and the setup box will appear.
- If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
The next item is not found on the standard setup options document.
- Select Parent Letter - This allows you to choose a previously written parent letter to notify parents that a teacher is not highly qualified for the course being taught. See Letter Maintenance for instructions on creating a letter for this situation.
Click OK to move to the next screen.
Definitions of Column Headers
- To find definitions of commonly used columns follow this link: Common Column Headers.
In addition to the common column headers on this report are:
- Teacher HQ - teacher's qualifications
- HQ Required - qualifications that are needed
- HQ Still Needed - qualifications that are still needed
To Print this Report
- Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.
- A popup will appear with a set of document print options--PDF, XLS, CSV, HTML.
- The default print option will be PDF.
- Click the print button on this popup and a print preview window will appear.
- To get the print icon on this window, hover the mouse in the bottom right area of the preview. A grey rectangle will appear with several icons.
- Click the print icon at the right end of this rectangle. Another print preview will appear.
- Click the print button at the top left to print the report. Close the print preview.
To Print Letters for the Students
Place check marks in the squares before each student name of which you want to print a letter. The square to the left of Student Name works as a "Select All".
