This report will provide a way for the user to pull a report of codes from the code table in a particular area, showing what codes are available, what codes are being used, and what codes are being altered from original form. District coordinators need a way to see what codes are out there and what codes are being used.
Menu Location
On the left navigation panel, select System > Lists > Code List Report.
Setup Options
District - Default value is based on your security settings. You will be limited to your district only.
Codes - This is the list of Codes, Types, and Descriptions from the Code Database table.
- Click in the codes box and a list will appear, then use the Search box to find a Code Type like 'incident2SIS'. The JCampus numerical code is in the "Value" field. The State numerical code will be the leading part of the "Description" field.
- This provides the user a way to pick attendance codes, special codes, discipline incident codes, etc., to see what codes are out there and what codes are being used.
