Hot List

On the left navigation panel, select Discipline, List, then Hot List.

Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

• Incident: Lists of discipline incidents. User may select one or more from the pick list.

Click the OK button to begin the Hot List.

Column Headers

To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.

For other columns not listed in the common column list:

• Dates on the Header: Specifies the date of the referrals for seven days beginning with today`s date and then back sex days with each day dated.

Buttons at the Bottom of the Hot List

• Setup: Click to go back to the Setup box.
• Print: To find the print instructions, follow this link: Standard Print Options.
• Help: Click to see written instructions and videos.
