Nurse Administration Counts

This program will give a count of the students that have been administered medication by nurse. The numbers will represent the number of medications given by the nurse.

Select Health on the panel on the left side of the screen. Under Counts, select Nurse Administration Counts.

Setup Box Options

Column Headers

To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.

For other columns not listed in the common column list:

• #Nurses--The names of nurses that have reported Administrations in the Health System
• #Students--Number of students receiving an Administration from the nurse listed to left of the number. Click on the number and a list of student names will populate.
• #Admins--Number of medication(s) per nurse and a total number of administrations that have been entered in the Health System. Click on the number and all of the Administrations will populate for each student.

Buttons at the bottom of the display

Setup--This allows you to change the values on the setup box without exiting the program.
