These instructions will show you how to generate a student absentee statistics for your school.
- Select Attendance from the program area on the left of the screen.
- Under Count, select Student Absentee Statistics.
- The Setup Box will appear on the screen.
Setup Box Option
- If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
- Not included in the standard list are:
- Enter the From Date and the To Date to determine the dates that you want to check. Use either the month/day/year fields or the calendar icon.
- Enter the Late From and Late To to determine the time frame of which the students is late.
- Select Skip Codes. These are non-attendance codes that you do not want to be considered for the report. Be sure to select all numeric codes for the same alpha code. For example, if you select 03 P to be :skipped then you must also select 04, 11, 34, 37, 40, 42, 45, and 47.
- Print School Name if you want the school name to appear on the report.
- Show All Students to show all students enrolled at the school.
- Click on Letters and choose the letter to correspond to the student list on the next page. Also click on Reward and choose a Reward message to correspond to the student list on the next page.
- Click OK

Print
To print this report click the print button at the bottom of the screen. A popup will appear with a set of document print options--PDF, XLS, CSV, HTML. Click the print button on this popup and a print preview window will appear. Check student's names then Print Letters to print letters and history Check Student's names then Print Reward for Reward messages (not working) To get the print icon on this window, hover the mouse in the bottom right area of the preview. A grey rectangle will appear with several icons. Click the print icon at the right end of this rectangle. Another print preview will appear; click the print button at the top left to print the report. Close the print preview.
