This program will give the user a list of "Staff Attendance" by the month.
Menu Location
Human Resources > Count > Staff Monthly Attendance
Setup Options
Year - Defaults to the current year. A prior year may be accessed by clicking in the field and making the appropriate selection from the drop down list.
District - Default value is based on the user's security settings. It will be limited to the user's district only.
School - School of enrollment site number.
From Date and To Date - A set of dates that limits the selection of records for the report to a beginning date (from) and an ending date (to) range.
Skip Codes - Click inside the box to make a selection.
Object Code - Click inside the box to make a selection.
Function Code - Click inside the box to make a selection.
Department - Click inside the box to make a selection.
Position - Click inside the box to make a selection.

Column Headers
School - School of enrollment site number.
School Name - Name of school.
Period Start Date - Date the period starts.
Period End Date - Date the period ends.
Total Employees for the Period - Total number of employees who worked for this period.
Total Number of Staff Days - Total number of staff work days in this period.
Total Days Present - Total number of days present.
Average Employee Days Present - Average employee days present for this period.
% Present - Percentage of employees present.
% Absent - Percentage of employees absent.

Setup - Click to go back to the Setup box.
Print - This will allow the user to print the report.
Help - Click to view written instructions and/or videos.
Print Legend - This prints the legend for the Employee Attendance Codes.
