Permissions for users can be limited via the User Management program based on a particular profile. For example, if you select the Student Master, then select Action, the user can have permissions for re-enroll, ethnic, gender, SSN and several others.

How-to Enroll a Student with Basic Information

On the left navigation panel, select Student Master, Entry and Student Master.

Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

Other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

  • Find Only Active Students - Only currently enrolled students without a leave date.

Click OK

Click in the yellow box next to Name and a Student Information box will appear.

Type in Last name, (suffix) if applicable, first name, and middle.

  • If any part of the name should contain an apostrophe, use the key left of #1 on the keyboard.

You may fill in alias if the child goes by something different.

Fill in Mailing Address
