This program wil create a list of students that are active in both the Special Education and 504 systems. Students with a primary exceptionality code of 32 or 27 are excluded from the list. Students with a SPED activity exit reason code of 17 will also be excluded from the list.
Menu Location
Special Education > Reports > IDEA and 504 Overlap Report
Setup Options
Year - Defaults to the current year. A prior year may be accessed by clicking in the field and making the appropriate selection from the drop down list.
District - Default value is based on the user's security settings. It will be limited to the user's district only.
School - Default value is based on the user’s security settings. If the user is assigned to a school, the school default value will be their school site code.
As of Date - This choice will list only those students who are actively enrolled as of the date selected in the date field.
OK - Click to continue.

Main
Column Headers
Student Name - Student's name.
Sidno - Student's school identification number.
Sasid - Student's state assigned identification number.
School - Student's school of enrollment.
Except - Primary exceptionality.
Sec. Except - Secondary exceptionality.
Eval Date - Evaluation date.
TMP Date - IEP/SP date.
Entry Date - Student entry date.
