This report will provide a complete list view of discipline referrals with details that have been entered into the discipline system.

Menu Location

Discipline > Lists > Referral Detail List

Setup Options

Year - Defaults to the current year. A prior year may be accessed by clicking in the field and making the appropriate selection from the drop down list.

District - Default value is based on the user's security settings. It will be limited to their district only.

School - Default value is based on the user's security settings. If the user is assigned to a school, the school default value will be their school site code.

Column - Leave blank to include all columns. Click to obtain a pick list of columns that can be selected to view on the report.

As of Date - This choice will list only those students who are actively enrolled as of the date selected in the date field.

Special Codes - Leave blank if all special codes are to be included into the report. Otherwise, choose the desired special code.

Active Only - Check this box to have the program use the As of feature above.

Hate/Bias - Describes what group was being targeted if this event was motivated by hate or prejudice against a specific group of individuals.

Drugs - Tells whether this event was related to drugs.

Alcohol Use - Tells whether this event was related to alcohol use.

Gangs - Tells whether this event was gang related or motivated.

Remarks - Discipline remarks from the referral page 1 in Discipline Posting.

SIS Incident - SIS code incident.

SIS Description - SIS incident description.

State ID - Student state identification number.

Disciplinarian Signed Form - Name of disciplinarian that signed the form.

Other Agencies - Any other agencies that were involved with this event.

Q - Why does the Referral Detail List Report summary not match the Discipline Frequency Report summary?

A - The Discipline Frequency Report is only showing regular discipline records. They do not include Bus referrals. The Detail List shows both.
