This program can be used for printing the IGP page of the Student Master for small groups of students or for printing the IGP page for all students.

Menu Location

Student > Reports > Mass Print Student IGP

Setup Options

Year - Defaults to the current year. A prior year may be accessed by clicking in the field and making the appropriate selection from the drop down list.

District - Default value is based on the user’s security settings. The user will be limited to their district only.

School - Default value is based on the user's security settings. If the user is assigned to a school, the school default value will be their school site code.

Grade - Leave blank or select all to include all grade levels. Otherwise, choose the desired grade level.

Team - Leave blank if all team names are to be included in the report. Otherwise, choose the desired team.

Counselor - Responsible for scheduling, testing, student grades and transcripts. Leave blank if all counselors are to be included in the report. Otherwise click in the field to the right of Counselor to select the desired counselor(s) to view.

Special Codes - Leave blank if all special codes are to be included in the report. Otherwise, choose the desired special code.

Custom Codes - Select Custom Codes created in the Custom Codes Management to filter the student list.

Program - Leave blank if all program codes are to be included in the report. Otherwise, choose the desired program code.

As Of Date - Enrolled date of students to count requests against. Note: The user can set this to the first day of school for the next year to make sure new students are represented in the count.

Order to List - Select one of the following for the list to print in that order: Alpha Order, Grade Order, Homeroom Order, Counselor Order, Class Period Order, or Course Name Order.

Class - Select the class to print the IGP's.

Signature - Select All, No Signature, No Print, or Signed Only.

Sped:

All - Select this to show all students.

Sped Only - Select this to show Sped only students.

Non Sped - Select this to show Non Sped students.

504:

All - Select this to show all students.

504 Only - Select this to show 504 only students.

Non 504 - Select this to show Non 504 students.

LEP:

All - Select this to show all students.

LEP Only - Select this to show LEP only students.

Non LEP - Select this to show Non LEP students.

Print Break on Counselor - Check the box for an option to create a print break based on the counselor order only.

Show Remote Scheduled Only - If this box is checked, then those students who come to your school from another school in the district will be listed in addition to regular students.

Semester - Select semester to show order.

Advisor - Selects students for this report based on the Advisor that have been assigned to individual students.

Do Not Show Unscheduled Requests - Do not show unscheduled requests.

Print to DAS - Will place a student IGP in the Official Documents area of DAS. This option replaces the previously run document there even from last year. This shows only the most recent print.

OK - Click to continue.

Column Headers

Sch - Student's school of enrollment.

Student Name - The name of the student.

SIDNO - Student Identification Number.

Grade - Leave blank or select all to include all grades. Otherwise, choose the desired grade.

Gender - Leave blank or select all to include all genders. Otherwise, choose the desired gender.

Ethnic - Leave blank or select all to include all ethnicities. Otherwise, choose the desired ethnicity.

Homeroom Teacher - Leaave blank or select all to include all homerooms. Otherwise, choose the desired homeroom.

NOTE - To print a small group of students, check the box to the left of the students' names. To print all students, check the box in the cell to the left of the SCH cell.

Print Form - After making your selection(s) for printing, click the Print Form button at the bottom of the screen. A print preview will display in the upper left corner of the screen.

Help - Click to view written instructions and/or videos.
