This program will provide a way for administrators to view which notifications a staff member is receiving.
- Staff members must have a a valid "work" email address entered to receive ANS notification emails. To enter, go to Human Resource Master, Contact Information field, Email Types/Addresses, Email Address Type-Work, and Email Address.
- If a staff member is included in the "Additional Emails" part of Discipline Posting setup box, the staff member will also receive the Discipline ANS notifications.

Human Resources > Entry > Human Resource Master > Action (tab) > ANS Notifications
Column Headers
- District: The district the school is reporting on.
- Staff ID: The staff identification number of the staff employee.
- Last Name: The last name of the staff employee.
- First Name: The first name of the staff employee.
- Middle Name: The middle name of the staff employee.
- Suffix: The suffix of the staff employee.
- GRP: The Employee Group.
- Incl On Demand (Scheduled): Included in Communication for On Demand (Scheduled) Program.
- Excl On Demand (Scheduled): Exclude from Communication for On Demand (Scheduled) Program.
- GRP On Demand (Scheduled): Included in Communication for On Demand Program for Employee Group.
- Incl As It Happens: Included in Communication for As It Happens Program.
- Excel As It Happens: Excluded in Communication for As It Happens Program.
- GRP As It Happens: Included As It Happens Program for Employee Group.
