Phone Contact List

This program lets you find phone numbers associated with the students in addition to student emails. It also identifies the language used by Mother, Father, Guardian and Emergency contacts.

Menu Location

On the left navigation panel, select Student Master > Lists > Phone Contact List.

Setup Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

• Search for a Student by Phone Number--Enter a 3 digit area code and 7 digit phone number or just enter the 7 digit phone number.

Click OK to move to the next screen.

Column Headers

To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.

For other columns not listed in the common column list:

• Guardian Language: Displays the primary spoken language.

• Mother Language: Displays the primary spoken language.

• Father Language: Displays the primary spoken language.
