This program will produce a list and a notice of all students that are presently absent and have not returned.


Select Attendance on the panel on the left side of the screen. Under Lists, select EOD Absence Notice.


Setup Box Options

To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.

For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

  • Attendance Date--This value will default to the current date; but, can be changed to any previous day if necessary.
  • Print Schedule check box--Checking here will add the student's schedule to the notice.

Click OK to move to the next screen.
