For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:

  • Select Label Type--The setup box shows the available label sizes and types for the labels. Information printed on the various sizes of labels will vary.

Print Options

Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.

Click the printer icon at the top. A second print servlet will appear.

Click the print button at the top left to print the labels. Close the original print servlet window.

NOTE--Be sure to load your printer with the labels positioned correctly.

If your labels do not print properly from the instructions above, you may need to try 3 different procedures.

  1. Check Fit to Page on the second print servlet screen as described above. The label display will shrink to better fit the labels. Then choose Print.
  2. Using the down arrow, download, save and name the labels as a PDF to your desktop and open using Adobe Acrobat to print. Download an Adobe Acrobat if you do not have one. NOTE: By using this method, the labels will shrink like the Fit to Page method above.
  3. Disable the Chrome PDF viewer. Go to Chrome://plugins
  • Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.
  • Save (choose location)
  • Click Save
  • Open the saved file
  • Click File on the task bar
  • Click Print
  • Go to the section Page Sizing & Handling
  • Change Custom scale to 94%
  • Check Shrink Oversized pages
  • Orientation --Check Auto portrait/landscape
  • Click Print
