This program will print out the rosters of the alternate of alternate schedules. When teachers are absent and no substitute teachers are brought in, alternate schedules are set up to accommodate this. When the alternate teacher is also absent, an alternate of alternate schedule is set up.
In the left, click on Scheduling. Under Lists, select Print Alternate of Alternate Rosters.
Setup Box Options
To find definitions for standard setup values, follow this link: Standard Setup Options.
For other set up values not listed in the standard set up list:
- Absent Teacher - Select the teachers that are absent.
- Only Show Alternate of Alternate List - Place a check in the box if you only want to show the alternate of alternate list.
Click OK to move to the next screen.
Column Headers
To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.
For other columns not listed in the common column list:
- Sch Teacher - The student's normally scheduled teacher.
- Sch Period - The student's normally scheduled period.
- Sch Course Name - The student's normally scheduled course name
- Alt Teacher - The student's alternate teacher for the period
- Alt Period - The student's alternate period
- Alt Course Name - The student's alternate course name.
