This program lets you print a Student Information Verification Form for mailing.
- On the left, the Student Master panel should be open. Click on Lists.
- Under Lists, select Pressure Sealed Short Form List and the setup box will appear.
- If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
- The next items are not found on the standard setup options document.
- Show JComm on Printout--checking this box lets parents opt out of jcall communications
- Show PSN on Printout--Show Personal Security Number
- Click OK to move to the next screen.

To find definitions of commonly used column headers, follow this link: Common Column Headers.
Select one, some or all students of which to print the Short Form.
