To enter new Alert Codes

  1. All students that need to be displayed can be limited to a specific grade or a range of grades.
  2. To display all students the setup box should have the Alert Code field blank or all codes should be listed.
  3. Click in any of the blank code fields beside the name of students that need the same code.
  4. There is also a "select all" check box at the top of each column.
  5. An * will appear in the field.
  6. After selecting the students that need the same code, click the code from the right side of the screen.
  7. A message will appear indicating that rows have been updated.
