Student Master - Sports

At the top section of the screen, select all sports in which the student is involved.

At the bottom section of the screen, select information in reference to graduation, religion, cohort year, next school, etc.

Top Section

Sports - Select all sports in which the student is involved.

  • Delete - Click in the field to remove the row of information.
  • Code - Select the code of the sport in which the student will participate.
  • Begin Date - Select the start date that the sports will begin.
  • End Date - Select the end date that the sports will end.
  • Save - Select to save all information input for sports.
  • Active Only Sports - Use to toggle between active/inactive sport codes. If checked, codes with end dates will not show. But if the end date is still in the future, it will still show. If unchecked, all codes will show on the chart regardless of the end date. Begin dates are not considered at all by this check mark.

Bottom Section

Graduation Type - This is no longer used.

Graduation Date - The date the student is projected to graduate.

RFID Card Number - This is used for Thailand.

Promoted - This is no longer used.

Promoted Date - This is no longer used.

Next School - The next school the student will attend.

SIS AYTD - This is no longer used.

SIS AYTD Date - This is no longer used.

Day Care Attended - The daycare the student attended.

Religion - The student's religious preference.

Institution - This is no longer used.

Day Care Other - This is no longer used.

Interface ID - This is an identification number used by a third party.

Team - The team the student has been assigned to.

Cohort Year - The year the student entered 9th grade. The cohort year is for informational purposes and is not sent to the state in any file and exists to determine the Yes/No statement on the transcript based on information in Test Scores (based on cohort year). The cohort year field is also useful for filtering purposes on various reports.
