Show All Checkbox Instructions

  • Uncheck the new `Show All` box to show only courses in the next year Master Schedule Editor which is determined as one year past the year chosen in the setup box. Unchecking the box also limits the transcript courses to the row (under the Subject column) of which the user is clicking on.
  • Check the `Show All` box to see all courses from the Course Catalog that are not filtered by the transcript group row (under the Subject column) of which the user is clicking on and not by the Master Schedule Editor.
