Roster IHP Report

This report will allow Teachers to print all Individual Health Plans for students to keep on hand. Go to Classroom click on Reports > Rosters > IHP Report.

Column Headers

Sidno - Student's identification number.

Student Name - Student's full name.

IHP - Indicator that shows the student has a currently active Individual Health Plan.

Emergency - Indicator that shows the student has a currently active Emergency Plan.

Bottom

Print IHP - Click to print selected IHP Reports for students.

Print Emergency - Click to print selected Emergency Reports for students.
