Mass Print Staff Demographics

This program will mass print employee demographic sheets.

District - Default value is based on the user’s security settings. The user will be limited to their district only.

Year - Select All or the staff's personnel year.

School - Default value is based on the user’s security settings. If the user is assigned to a school, the school default value will be their school site code.

Object Code - Click in the box and choose Object Code.

Function Code - Click in the box and choose Function Code.

Show SSN on Printout - Check to show the last four digits of the social security number.

Staff Selection - Select the staff member(s) for which to print employee demographic sheets.

OK - Click to continue.
