===This program allows you to print mailing labels or folder labels using Avery 8160 labels or any compatible brand.


  1. Select Student Master on the panel on the left side of the screen.
  2. Under Lists, select Mail/folder Labels 8160.
  3. If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
  4. The next items are not found on the standard setup options document.
    • Exceptionalities--Leave the field blank if all Exceptionalities are to be included. Otherwise, click in the field to the right of Exceptionalities to select the desired exceptionalities to be included.
    • Limit by Household--used if there is more than one student per household in the list
    • Print Options
      • Type: Mail - can be addressed to the student or the Parents of the student with the
                         address
             Folder - can consist of any of the below items or a combination:

a) Student's name only - leave all boxes unchecked

                           b) Parents of

c) Address

                          d) Sidno
                          e) Homeroom
     Label Template - 8160 and 5160 label types 
     Include: Items: Items to be used with the types of labels.  Only the boxes not grayed out 
                               can be used with the Type and Label Template you choose.

6. Click OK to the next screen.

  1. Click OK to move to the next screen.
