Attendance Duplication Audit

NOTE: This program will identify duplicate attendance records. Within the report you will have the ability to delete any duplicates that are found.
- Select Attendance from program area on the left of the screen.
- Select Lists.
- Under Lists, select Attendance Duplication Audit.
- The Setup Box will appear on the screen.
- If you need instructions for setup values to be used, follow the link for Standard Setup Options.
- Click OK to move to the next screen.
Definitions of Column Headers
- Name--Student Name
- Sidno--Student local ID number
- GR--Grade level of the student
- Homeroom--Student's homeroom teacher assignment
- School--School in which the student is enrolled
- RecNum--Record number generated by the software when an attendance record is created
- RecDate--Date of the attendance record
- Check Out--Check out information related to the attendance record; check out time, check out code, and description
- Check In--Check in information related to the attendance record; check in time, check in code, and description
- Reason--Identifies the reason the record has been included on this report.
- DUP--duplicates
- ERR--erroneous
- OOR--out of range
- VAC--weekend/vacation
Buttons at the Bottom of the Report
- Setup: Click to go back to the Setup box.
- Print: This button allows the user to print the screen information in a variety of formats.
- Click the Print button at the bottom of the screen.
- A popup will appear with a set of document print options--PDF, XLS, CSV, HTML.
- The default print option will be PDF.
- Click the print button on this popup and a print preview window will appear.
- To get the print icon on this window, hover the mouse in the bottom right area of the preview. A grey rectangle will appear with several icons.
- Click the print icon at the right end of this rectangle. Another print preview will appear.
- Click the print button at the top left to print the report. Close the print preview.
- Help: Opens the JCampus instructions and videos.
