Print - Check either box With SSN or Without SSN.
Check any of these options to show on the Demographic Form.
- Standard - Standard will show the standard information. Note that regular Special Codes and Lunch Special Codes will show with this setting.
- Bus - Bus will show slightly different information with bus information at the bottom.
- Show Special Codes
- Show Additional Comments
- Show Custom Codes
- Show Can Pick Up
Custom Codes - This option limits the visible custom codes on the printout to only those that are selected. This field will be disabled if the Show Custom Codes box is not checked.
